LAVITA Faucets are warranted for a period of 7 Years from the date of purchase. Showers and accessories are warranted for a period of 1 Year.  The warranty period is not renewed or extended on the supply of the spare parts during the warranty.

It is at the option of LAVITA to remedy any defects by repairing of replacing the products of comparable value. The warranty shall not be applicable to the parts there of:

This warranty does not apply for the following issues:

• Those have been damages as a result of use or users misuse, negligence, accidents, faulty installation or improper maintenance of the product.
• Unauthorized alternations of the product.
• Hoses, rubber parts, plastic parts and consumable are not included in the warranty.
• Due to effort of dirt, lime scale or aggressive cleaners.

Cleaning: 

• Clean the product with water soaked soft towel or bathing soap solution to keep the surface clean and free from depositions.
• Don’t use any type of detergent/ cleaning agents, which consists acids or chemicals such as flush cleaner, Harpic etc.
• Don’t use salt or vinegar based cleaning agents to remove scale or scale related stains, they may damage the surface.
• Clean overhead tanks and drain water to remove construction dirt or soil, do not close tap until draining is complete.
